I hereby grant to West Virginia Music Educators Association (WVMEA) and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, distribute, sell and publish audiotapes and videotapes, in which my child is included as a member of the West Virginia All State Concerts, made at the West Virginia Music Educators Conference All State rehearsals and concerts held March 20 - March 22 in Wheeling, WV, for any purpose. I hereby release WVMEA and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said audiotapes and videotapes.
