2026-2027
General Information: The fee is $20 per student/per instrument. Checks must be made to WEST VIRGINIA BANDMASTERS ASSOCIATION. Our guest conductor for 2027 is Dr. Robert Sheldon!
10/10/2026: Audition fee DEADLINE. All ON TIME payments must be postmarked by this date. Any audition applications postmarked after this date will incur a $30 per student/per instrument fee.
10/17/2026: Audition late fee DEADLINE. All LATE payments must be postmarked by this date. Absolutely no audition applications will be accepted after this date.
TBA: Audition video DEADLINE. Student videos can be uploaded at any time BEFORE this date. The Dropbox link will close at 11:59:59 PM on TBA.
TBA: Middle School All-State Band personnel will be notified on this date and music will be sent to the directors. The personnel list will be published here for the public.
03/04/27: Middle School All-State Band Conference check-in and rehearsals at the Charleston Civic Center.
03/05/27: Middle School All-State Band PERFORMANCE in the Charleston Civic Center North Hall at 5:00 pm.
