Payment Information:
The audition fee is $15.00 per instrument per student. (Example: The fee for auditioning on both flute and piccolo is $30.00). Also, students auditioning on more than one instrument need to submit a SEPARATE registration form for each instrument. (Example: one registration for flute and a separate registration for piccolo).

The audition fees must be postmarked and registrations must be submitted by October 14, 2023 in order to be considered on time. After that date, the registration fee will rise from $15.00 to $25.00 per instrument per student. Absolutely no registrations or fees will be accepted if they are postmarked/submitted later than October 21, 2023. Students who have not pre-registered will not be permitted to audition. Audition dates are November 30 (Shepherd University, Shepherdstown, WV), December 1 (Christ Church, Charleston, WV) and December 2 (West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV - Creative Arts Center).
Auditions will not be canceled due to bad weather. If you are unable to make your requested site because of weather conditions, you can be worked into the next day's schedule as cancellations occur. If students are registered at one site they will only be allowed to audition at another site due to weather conditions not schedule conflicts.
Make sure you read all the information regarding the audition process, registration, fees, due dates and penalties for late registration carefully.
All deadlines are firm; do not request extensions or exceptions.
